Mona and Lisa,

Have you ever considered covering any songs by Carole King? Such a great song writer and singer. She wrote and co wrote a lot of songs back in the 60’s and put out a killer Album Tapestry in 1971 with Too Late. Just wondering

Hi Bill,

We sang “You’ve Got A Friend” with our vocal teacher at a little farewell party before leaving for our student exchange to Australia back in 2009. It was such a sweet moment but so far the only time we’ve tackled any of her music.

Her albums are on quite regularly in our house but it’s not necessarily the music we feel drawn to when it comes to cover choices. I don’t think we’ll be recording any Carol King songs anytime soon but appreciate the suggestion! 🙂

Thanks for getting back to me Lisa! Funny part is when i posted this i was thinking of You got a friend. But I can understand the concept of her music. Another one I had in mind was Will You Still Love me Tomorrow? Would that be a possible duo session??

Coming to work this morning I got to thinking. Will you still love me tomorrow would not be a MLT Music, I apologize for making that suggestion. This falls into the category of words and realizing that does not fit in to the MLT Vision . So I am sorry for making that suggestion. But again thanks for getting back to me and as you and Mona say?
