Early Mona and Lisa Video’s
So going on U Tube, you can see all of the Video’s that the Mona and Lisa Twins have put out, so my favorite is Two of Us, with seeing them as baby’s to grown up ladies. Brings a smile to face , so what is your favorite?

I love “Two of Us” as well, but all their videos are equal to me in being faves , regardless how old the gals are .

Hi Bill. With so many videos it’s really, really hard to choose a favourite. What I can provide are a few lately I gravitate to and really enjoy and watch often. “Close To You”, “Tired of Waiting”, “Imagine”….Great question, looking forward to others input.

As I sit here trying to come up with a favorite, I was thinking about the Making of and Behind the Scenes videos. I love seeing how they make their videos.  Nothing is in Vain really stands out. It’s so kool how they were able to create a weightless image in their grandparents swimming pool.  These guys are so clever. And I just love the disclaimer about the fish. It was so authentic, yet so cheeky. (did I use cheeky correctly?)
For an early favorite I really like the MONALISA and Band concert. They already had so much talent at such a young age. And they played such a diverse and long set list. I mean Clapton, Santana? These girls were burning down the house.
How many of us at that age said or thought,”I wanna be in a band, Man. I should become a musician” These ladies have really stuck to their plan. MLT is like watching a rock and roll dream in real time.
I can not wait for their next release.  Just knowing there are a couple more duo sessions in the can is pretty exciting. Didn’t Gene Wilder say,”The anticipation is killing me, I hope it lasts.”

Bill, as the title of the post said “early Mona and Lisa video’s”, here is my favourites lately of their early videos. While San Francisco and The Wide Wide Land will be permanently my fave all time MLT videos because those two introduced me to MLT, today’s favourite runner up would be this one. Choosing a fave MLT video can be a bit of a moving target as different ones at different times reach out and grab me!
That singing here is so beautiful and captivating!!!

I agree with David, Bus Stop was the video that turned me on to the Twins! So funny and cute and yet so skilled! It’s why I’m here now!

Very hard choice love them all, but tend to watch while My Guitar Gently Weeps, Close To you probably the most followed closely by the rest ?

I agree with you all, very hard to pick a favorite for sure, i just picked Two of Us because of the video’s of them as baby’s to grown up ladies. But I do love Bus Stop as well and Wide Wide land , just love seeing their grandmother , reminds me of my grand mother. But I love all the different responses. I Do have to admit, I love all of them to be honest….LOL…
