Double wow, what great videos.  Tommy Emmanuel’s Maton, Mona, looks like it is as well played, loved, and battle scarred as your Epiphone EJ160!  🙂

Seeing the masters like Tommy Emmanuel and Eddie Van Halen play their guitars, it’s obvious the only limitation are the instruments themselves keeping up with their blazing skill and power, they need customized guitars.  Beethoven in his day kept breaking the strings on all the pianos available then.  He had to special order a custom made Broadwood piano that could keep up to his playing.

Thanks for sharing that Dale.  Kent is a wonderful guitarist.  Loved the version of one of my favorite songs – “It’s Too Late”.   Stumbled across his version of Stevie Wonder’s “Sir Duke” and Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”.  Excellent versions of both.  Listening now to his cover of Tommy Emmanuel’s “Angelina”.
