Depressing Christmas :-(
The bad part of being 8 hours behind GMT: I will miss the Christmas livestream because I’ll be at work. My Christmas just went from Orange to Blue. lol

Dear Roger’s Boss,
Roger has been very productive this year, and has gone above and beyond his responsibilities when needed. Roger has been an integral part of this company and deserves recognition.
Please excuse Roger from work Wednesday, December 23, 2020.  It turns out others have noticed Roger’s groovy dedication to making the world a better place. His presence is required at the International MLT Summit that day.  Mona and Lisa have demanded Roger Penn be there.  Musical dignitaries from around the world are gathering to ponder the true meaning of Christmas, Rock&Roll, Peace, Joy and Harmony.
To compensate for Roger’s absence, you may hire three temporary employees to cover his area.
(If you play your cards right, Roger may invite you to accompany him…if you play your cards right)

OMG Johnny, that’s awesome! LOL. Unfortunately, they’re already giving us the 24th as a bonus paid holiday to make up for COVID cancelling our Christmas party, so this isn’t too likely to work. But I may try to sneak a peak when no one is looking.

I say we all gang up on Roger’s Work Boss with a petition to excuse Roger so he can join in…lol…. the live stream should be made available to view afterwards, you may be able to leave a comment , but it won’t be done live, that’s tge difference… I have done YouTube live chat with another musician friend of mine, she puts on a live chat and we all tune in and watch/comment and its available to view afterwards.

Yeah, I know, thanks Jacki. If it were a question of not being able to see it at all I would mysteriously wake up with COVID symptoms that morning and have to stay home. But still, it’s not the same missing all the online participation. And it’s going to make the last few hours of work go reeeeaaaalllllllyyyyy sssllllooooooowwwwllllyyyyyy…. knowing that it will be waiting for me at home after I get done! lol
