Acoustic guitar make and model?
Hi Mona and Lisa. I am new to MLT and and am enjoying the website and live at Cavern and Duo sessions CD’s. I am a guitar player and am interested in knowing who the acoustic guitar is made by that you played at the Cavern and in a lot of your videos such as Here comes the sun. I am looking for a new guitar. I also see you use the Epiphone J200 a lot. It has great reviews on guitar centers website.What do you think of that guitar? I assume you like it a lot since it’s also in a lot of your videos. Finally I would like to know what strings you use on these guitars. Thank you .You are both great guitar players.

The acoustic guitar I played at the Cavern Club and Lisa in the “Here Comes The Sun” video is a custom Jumbo Martin guitar with a COSM pick up. I absolutely love it and have used it for so many different projects now.
I think the Epiphone is perfect for its price and is a true workhorse that I always have lying around the house somewhere 🙂In this Q&A video we talk quite a lot about our favourite acoustic guitars including the EJ200 and the Martin so perhaps you’d like to check it out. We also go into our favourite strings and what gauge we use.
