    Since you are still doing covers, have you tried any of Johnny Rivers’s songs? I would suggest Mountain of Love and Secret Agent Man.

    Do you love the music of the 60’s and 70’s? Well then you HAVE to get this new CD from the MonaLisa Twins! Well known for their AMAZING harmonies and musicianship the girls cover another awesome selection of some of the greatest songs from 2 of my (and their!) favorite decades.

    There are also 4 of their own original songs, one which is brand new! This is their second Duo sessions release where the girls go acoustic, it’s just them alone and they are as usual giving us great covers of some of the greatest hits of the 60’s and 70’s. Songs by Paul McCartney, Steelers Wheel, Don McLean, Melanie Safka, The Beatles, Crosby,Stills,Nash (featuring their dad Rudi!), Simon & Garfunkel, Sixto Rodriguez, Fred Neil, Donovan.

    You’ll want this CD as well as their first one if you’re really into the 60’s & 70’s music. You won’t be disappointed!

    I finally got to listen to the Duo II from start to finish late last night, dim lighting
    with headphones on. WOW! So simply produced in the “KISS” vain – keep it simple stupid – but so perfect in it’s simplicity. You have taken some great songs and made
    them your own. I want to also say that you two have done what only one other person that I am aware of has been able to to do with your version of “Now and Then”, taken a Beatle song and made it better. Joe Cocker is the other artist.

    You don’t have to thank me, I have to thank you two for giving my ears a tremendous
    amount of pleasure.

    Dear Mona and Lisa,, From the very first song,”Everybody’s Talking” to the last, this is a wonderful album with some great covers.I especially liked Everybody’s Talking, Vincent, Sound of Silence, and Teach Your Children.     I have purchased all releases, and I love them all! I received the “Duo Sessions II” CD on Friday, and it is excellent! I have “Orange” on both CD and vinyl, and I have “WHY?” only on vinyl. I generally favour vinyl before CD, and I wish that Mona & Lisa would release more on vinyl, but I realize that it probably is more expensive to produce vinyl, so CDs are okay too! I am so happy that you are still releasing your stuff on physical records! Streaming and downloads is really not my cup of tea… 😉

    I listened to the girls when I first got the CD, having seen The Beatles live in 1965, I was intrigued by this. I needn’t have worried, these 2 girls are incredibly talented and they are very humble and the sound they produce is superb. You ladies are great, I love your treatment of many of the cover songs. I even like the album artwork. I am very particular about the music I listen to, you might even call me an actual snob.     I love this cd. Stuck in the Middle is full of energy, great vocals, music and fun; and their cover of “Vincent” is so beautiful and just mesmerizing.     It’s so difficult to pick a favourite, I love all the songs. Maybe Vincent or Sugar Man, or perhaps Teach your Children. I saw CSN live in Cardiff a few years ago and they were on top form.     I bought two DuoSession2 cds along with your 2024 calendar and they came very well packed (against any rough handling) and earlier than expected. The calendar is the same high quality as last year’s – and the bonny photogenic pictures are sure to delight your fans for another 12 months.

    I have (&❤) all your covers and original songs (though I only stumbled across you in 2021) and so had enough MLT music to keep me going on a recent 13 hour drive!

    I’m playing this new album a lot and find myself singing or humming the tunes as I walk around supermarkets as your lower notes suit my age-deepening voice. Whether that will bring you any more fans is debatable but you keep me happy and I tell anyone who will listen to look you up on YouTube.

    Looking forward to videos of all the DS2 songs as it’s great to watch how much you enjoy performing your marvellous music.

    This is not my first Duo Sessions rodeo! Duo Sessions 1 is one of my favorite albums; it lives in my car “on heavy rotation”, LOL. So I pre-ordered DS 2 as soon as it was announced…and will do the same for all future volumes in the series. I’m a big fan of live, unplugged music — I like to be able to see & hear the music being made, right before my eyes & ears, because that’s when the artists’ talents are best on display. Mona & Lisa’s harmonies are always a delight, and their technical prowess is exquisite on any instrument they pick up.     Having all these brilliant Duo Sessions in one magnificent collection, really hits me like a ton of bricks. It’s pure magic! Right from the very first few bars of the first track with those amazing guitar sounds of “Everybody’s Talking” to the sublime harmonies of the last track “Junk, it’s jam packed with brilliantly performed classic gems and inspired originals. Listening to the album, it feels like the beauty and joy you feel when the clouds suddenly part after a long rainy day letting in the sunshine and the beautiful blue sky, the beauty is stunning. 
     
    The “Duo Sessions II” album, showcases the absolute brilliance and beauty of Mona and Lisa’s incredible singing and musicianship. Their very first original song “ALONE” written by Mona and Lisa when they were just 13 or 14 can stand its own next to “Sounds of Silence”, and “Vincent” in sensitivity and beauty, which speaks volumes to their song writing prowess and genius. It’s hard to turn off this album when you start listening. 🎶 💛 ❤

    Just got my bundle today! CD + Calendar + Notebook. It’s all awesome. I’ve been listening to the download version back to back while waiting for the CD, and it’s really a top notch album. 12 albums I think? I’ve also added the DUO 1 to the playlist now, and there are all 29 fantastic songs.
    The calendar pictures are fabtastic once again, I love all of them and more so September, it is quite something!
    Thank you for personalizing the Notebook, it is treasured!

      Hello, Tomás. Where did you get the download link? I purchased the cd, but despite promises, never got a download link. I’m still waiting for the physical delivery. I do have received an order confirmation. I don’t understand, why the shopmaster doesn’t respond to my enquiry… Hande

    I received the Duo Sessions II/calendar/notebook bundle last week and enjoy all the goodies very much. Not trying to get sympathy or anything like that (well…..maybe I am!!)……but I recently broke my leg and these goodies have brightened my sitting around time to get better.

    The songs are great on the CD and I can see using the notebook to scribble down chord sequences I come up with before writing down a whole song. Thanks for what you do with the Club!! Mike.

    I received the 2 Duo CDs today and they are very enjoyable to listen to. The music is wonderful and your voices individually are very nice. But when blended your voices are exceptional.
    As I was driving I pulled your Orange CD & replaced it with Duo vol 1. It is a terrific CD.
    I have listened to most of vol 2 and I can see I will go back & forth between them with your Why & Orange albums. The four CDs are an enjoyable combination.
    I enjoy your music, your videos and your since of humor.
    With the effort all of you have made to fulfill these orders you must be exhausted.

    I received my package The CD, Calendar and notebook ,11/1/23 ,listening to the CD as I write this. First of all I would like to mention Duo Sessions is always a favorite of mine. The release of the video of In it For Love today was a nice surprise to wake up to this morning. As I listen to the songs I think I have a favorite and the next one starts and its just as Beautiful. The Ladies have that Midas Touch no matter an original or an oldie but goody. I’m in awe right now. This is Groovy. Thank you Mona and Lisa for all you do for the club.
