  Confused

  Im a bit confused the last couple of times Ive tried to post a reply or when I started a topic I get a message saying awaiting moderation, if anyone know what this means exactly I would appreciate knowing.

  The only time you should get “awaiting moderation” is when you post a new question in the Ask the MLT subforum.

    Jung, Thanks for the info but I also got that when I was just replying to a topic, do you know who I should contact and how I should contact someone about this.

  This is the correct subforum to post your issue.  Someone from the MLT team should be responding to your concern soon.

  I believe that it is due to a “backlog” of questions to Mona and/or Lisa.  It could take them awhile to answer your question but they will get to it.  They are so busy between gigs and doing videos and writing music that their answers can take some time.  Until they are able to answer the question, the “awaiting moderation” tag is there.  Mike.

  Hi Paul, yes, this is a “family affair” so no call center nor teams of people taking care of issues. It may take a bit to answer.

  One thing I know is that if your post has a couple of links, that may put it in the “awaiting moderation” line. The software automatically does it to avoid spam. There may be other flags for moderation in the software.

  A warm Welcome to the MLT Club, we’re glad you joined the MLT family!

  To confirm what other members have said, new “Ask The MLT a question” topics are awaiting moderation until Mona and Lisa had a chance to respond first.
  The only other time, when topics or replies are set to “await moderation” is when someone is posting in the MLT Club and Forums for the first time. That’s to avoid spamming or other misuse, and we have to manually approve the comment. After that your posts will get approved automatically, and you should not experience any delays from now on.
  We’re sorry for the confusion but it’s a necessary means to ensure a pleasant MLT Club experience.
