Grettings Ladies,
I was listening to the replay of your interview yesterday on the Sunday Morning Mashup from Kansas City. In it they played your Spectacular Cover Time Of The Season.
A couple of questions came to mind.
I had headphones on and heard the Ahhhh as I’ve never heard it before. Originally I thought one or both of you were singing Ahhh, bit after yesterday it sounded more of a percussion sound from Mona or from Papa Rudi’s keyboard. Seems like it had a metallic sound to it.
Sooo Mona were you creating the sound, or was it Papa Rudi’s Keyboard?
Also I’m pretty sure its papa Rudi we here in the chours a bit. Am I correct? I know there is a third voice, and I would say it was Papa Rudi.

Hi Rick,
The Ahhhs in “Time Of The Season” are just me going “Ahhh” – with some reverb added and the treble lifted so it sounds more percussive. Lots of breathing was required! 🙂
We loved the original arrangement and how the Zombies incorporated those vocals like an instrument/rhythm element. Of course we had to keep that!Dad isn’t singing on that song but maybe he should have been, haha! He definitely could have hit those lower notes much easier than me 🙂

Wow! I had no idea you could get that low?
Sure sounds like a male voice.? So glad you kept the Ahhh’s so close to the original! It sounds great and I should know by now not to be surprised by anything you all do, but I’m still continually surprised. You all are just that good!
