Awesome Thanksgiving Had
Hiya all…Yes , the Canadian Thanksgiving Dinner I had with my family was enjoyable, as was the day , Thankyou also to all who replied to my Happy Canadian Thanksgiving post, made my day and Happy Jung, etc, enjoyed their Thanksgiving time too ????????????

Hi Jacki, thanks, and great to hear you had a most enjoyable family Thanksgiving dinner.
This year it was just me and MJ doing a quiet Thanksgiving. We went out to a little country town east of the city called “Fort Langley”, and discovered the most enchanting little country trail with picket fences and fall leaves we hiked a bit. It felt like the middle of summer in October though. Picked up a very spicy Mexican Pizza (topped with tons of Jalapenos) on the way back home and had a non traditional Thanksgiving dinner, pizza and wine!

Hi Jung, I’ve heard of Fort Langley, love the photo here, glad you enjoyed your quiet Thanksgiving ,my kinda pizza is homemade ( my food allergies, I make my own, rather than do takeout ) is using marble cheese or mozzarella and making my own dough with Fkeschmann’s Pizza Yeast and using pizza sauce from a can, ( Unico Traditional ) and if I’m really craving for extra treat, Bacon on it, not pepoproni … but I most say I had 2 former Italian clients who made homemade puzza/pasta sauce that safely agreed with me, and was equally as good as when I make my own, ( well, maybe a tad more yummy, they know how to do simply yet tasty )

Jung and Jacki, I am glad that you had a great Thanksgiving weekend. I was in Canada myself, it is so much easier to cross the border these days. On October 1st all the Covid restrictions were lifted and by using my Nexus card, it was clear sailing!
Spent the weekend in Toronto watching my Blue Jays fall to the Seattle Mariners in the baseball playoffs. Tough for us Jays fans, but it was nice returning to “Tronna” for a couple days.
