Wow, what a nice find David! With the Beach Boys vocals and Chicago’s musicianship, they could have done some incredible collaborations. Some lucky people in the audience to be able to see them both live like that.

Agreed, Jung. I vaguely recall that the Beach Boys and Chicago toured together in the late 80’s. Searching YouTube I learned that each group performed its own set of songs, and then they did a joint encore:

I was fortunate to see them in Concert and they put on a good show. This was back in the day that Dan was the drummer, and I don’t think he is still drumming for them anymore. He was a great drummer and loved the percussion on Beginings at the end of the song

David, that would have been an awesome concert. Each doing their own songs, and then doing a joint encore together. That would be something to see. Beach Boys and Chicago on stage together.
