Happy 5th Birthday Orange!!!!!
What a wonderful album, so full of the juice of humanity.
What I will remember the most is the cold dark mornings waiting for the morning train, and No More Worries Company would come on and it would melt all my worries away listening to Mona and Lisa’s beautiful singing and groovy cheer, and loved the wonderful guitar in songs like In It For Love…Close To You…..Count On Me….and the lovely Sweet Lorraine, that gorgeous video and singing and harmonies, and then rocking out on Club 27 ….and on to the sublime heart string pulling Still A Friend of Mine, and even with the new incredible album coming out, Orange will always be Still A Friend of Mine!
Such a brilliant album that I never tire of listening to, and always feel something refreshing, new, and heart felt every time I listen to it, like all great art does.

Really like Close to You and many others on Orange. 2017 was a banner year with Orange and the re-release of Sgt. Peppers. I think Roy Orbison’s Mystery Girl was also re-released that year……so a great year in music. Thank you so much MLT!!! Mike

I love how they came up with the title after watching the dystopian film ‘A Clockwork Orange’. In their intelligence and creativity, they turned it into the antithetical ‘Orange’
