Hey Jacki! Warmest thanksgiving wishes to you and your family and all the other Canadians in the club. I am very grateful for MLT, this club, and their music that enriches my life every day, and the wonderful people here.

A sudden frontal system is moving in from the north bringing 15cm of snow in the mountain passes this weekend where I was planning a road trip, so looks like will be staying in town. Will have to just do the Thanksgiving here with family, plenty of good food, maybe some sticky toffee pudding, and MLT music.

Happy Thanksgiving to Jacki, Jung, and all other club members of the northern persuasion!

Thanks David! The video is hilarious. I’ve been waiting for our “Kitchener/Waterloo Octoberfest Parade” all year long! LOL. 🙂

I guess from a practical perspective, further north, having Thanksgiving a month earlier before it really starts to snow and cool down helps with the travel, although it didn’t make a difference for me.

Technically you could throw Hawaii in there too, Thomas, and say “above the 49”. And that actually has a double meaning, because the 49th parallel of latitude serves as the western part of the U.S. / Canada border.

    Coincidence? You bet!

I MEANT above the 49th parallel.

    i thought it was 48.

    This has gotten confusing.

    But happy thanksgiving to all.

Thanks Tom. I think it’s good to enjoy some Thanksgiving indulgence wherever you are, above or below the 49th this weekend. 🙂
