‘Imagine’ at Olympics opening
Touching use of John’s ‘Imagine’ at the Olympics opening ceremony. Anybody else enjoy watching the Olympics?

That sounds like the perfect song for the world to hear these days Jeffery. I haven’t had a chance to watch the Olympics yet, but saw on the news where they showed thousands of drones flying in unison to simulate the earth in the opening ceremony, looked pretty cool.

It was pretty cool, Jung. If my memory serves, I think they said 1800 drones. Could have been a catastrophe with just one mechanical or radio signal glitch! Made me think of Rudolf and his mad skills! ‘Imagine’ started with a children’s choir singing, then four different accomplished singers representing different parts of the world. Mom and I really enjoyed it, but it was on too late for Dad.???? Take care, my friend!

Jefferey, with that kind of technology to control 1800 drones in unison, I think we are in for some incredible drone capabilities in the future. I will have to catch the opening ceremony on youtube. I am happy for the athletes who sacrificed so much to be at the Olympics.
