  • Missing Order

    I contacted you about my Missing order both via your contact us page and the fan club e-mail after hearing nothing for several days. I made a large 100+ dollar order and requested it be signed, the order went complete within a day or two and I asked for tracked shipping. I have received no tracking number and no updates, but I was asked to review my purchase. Please look into my order, at least contact me and let me know what is going on. The order was placed on 2/2/2022 so I think I have been pretty patient, please contact me to help me. Thank you. Maybe also fix your contact me page if you are not receiving the contact attempts.

    I just got the order today, but I also received the wrong item, I ordered the When we’re together DVD signed and got another copy of the CD which I already have. Any chance someone sees this and can help me get this fixed as none of my attempts to contact have been responded to. Please help.

    I did get the mail that the order was on its way that you sent. I am past that now 🙂 I ordered your When We’re Together DVD this latest order and got the CD again… Any chance you can look into that and get me the right item?

    Hi David,

    We’re receiving your emails about not hearing back from us but we have replied to several of them throughout the last two weeks and tried sending them from different email addresses, shop@monalisa-twins.com and monalisa@monalisa-twins.com.

    We are not quite sure why they are not getting to you. You mentioned that they don’t show up in your spam folder so the only reason we can think of is that perhaps the email addresses are blacklisted from your provider. Perhaps you have marked a past email as “spam” which banned them indefinitely? Could you please check in your email provider?

    Are you receiving the weekly MLT Club Wire emails from us?

    Either way, we have sent off a replacement parcel (alongside some extra items to make up for the mistake) back on the 9th of March so hopefully it will arrive soon. We really apologise for mixing up the CD with the DVD!

    I have to say my experience ordering something from the MLT shop has always been a great experience. The quick response, follow up, and care/concern from Team MLT is always the best, and I especially appreciate the reliability and confidence I feel with the payment and order processing system. Receipt is issued immediately, everything works like a charm. I wish our postal service worked half as well.

    I am sorry if I am not getting things, I have searched my spam folder which contains nothing with Mona, Lisa, Monalisa, or the word twins in it. and checked with my provider they stated they do not perform any mail filtering. I have received three mails about this issue including the one today so I am not sure why that is, but I thank you for your response. I cannot explain why I am not getting your mails, but I am all set, I got the signed DVD in the mail just today and honestly I am now all caught up, I have every CD/DVD you have currently available in your store, so I am set for now until your next album comes out, hopefully my luck will be better next order.
