    Freshly conjured up today …

    ” Wings of MLT “

    Like the Seasons and Directions

    A Kaleidescope

    Familiar yet Unique everytime

    From a culmination of Inspiration

To source the orgins of musical creation

    Changes are made

    Yet cultivated are new roots

    Nurtured and Nourished

    With care and love

    The outcome

    Growth

    Flourish

From Within the depths of their mind

    The anticipation to fly

    Soar to beyond

    Eminating the Strengths and Beliefs

    Perserverence not held back

    Onwards True

    Their Contentment Truly

    Wings of MLT …

This is beautiful, Jax. I love the line about the kaleidoscope. You have captured a true MLT groove here.

    Bravo!

Hi Jacki, really beautiful, I feel a songbird connection with the Wings of MLT. Real creative magic poetry! Thanks for this.

Thankyou, Jung, I’m happy you enjoyed this and felt an instant MLT vibe connection, songwise as a bonus….😊🤘

Lovely. Good creative work. The writing can lead down many paths so the reader is drawn into their own interpretation. Thank you

Thankyou , Steve , Yes, I write from the heart, from within, and yes, it can be open interpretive, meaning, if you can get something of your own thoughts from it, then that makes me happy, it conveys I’ve reached out and touched , the words struck a resonating chord and it made one feel …😊🤘✌

    Hi Jacki,

With some music, you could probably “conjure” these beautiful words into a song! 🎤💖

Thankyou Phil, for your complimentary sentiment, …though I’m no real musician, lol…( I can’t read music nor have proper hand/eye/brain coordination to play the string instruments, I mean I know to see how it’s done but I can’t physically be able to coordinate all that this requires to accomplish to play, even with visual references to , just cannot , I’m better off tinkering around on these…. but the singing, I do enjoy in church with the music team ) but that’s not the first time, I’ve often wondered about or someone has said that of my poetry, to be put to music, perhaps it can occur down the line, I’m open to that, and I’ve had a few poems ( non MLT ) made it to a few publications. I enjoy singing , playing tambourine, tinkering with no clue on the kalimba ( metal pronged percussion thing ), triangle, dabbled in banjo, uke, guitar, piano , harmonica, bongos ( can’t recall proper names for them just now , African type bongos )

I’m musical minded, but in my own way … 🎼🎵🎶

      Good Info Jacki!

I play the guitar in church but I have a terrible singing voice. I have a home recording studio where I mess around most of the day. Jessica, my late wife, and I recorded a Christian CD back in 2005 but we didn’t publish it. I think she had a beautiful voice and she played several instruments as well. So, I’m re-mixing the songs with some new guitar parts using the latest recording software. I’m just doing this for myself because I wasn’t happy with the previous mixes in the CD. I don’t try to do any recording professionally. I do it just for fun!

So many times that has happened, and many of those lost recordings are fantastic! I’m hoping that they all get stored in a vast library in heaven and we’ll have an eternity to enjoy them all.
