And that’s how I thought it was supposed to appear according to Rudolf’s original advice. It may have been the case at one stage before the upgrades.

I am not sure if I understand the problem so please tell me if I am right.
Is it that now there is the small round profile picture with the profile owner’s name beside it instead of just the “my account” link in the uppermost menu on the right side? It is exactly the same function as before it just looks different.
I must admit that we did that on purpose because we thought that might look nicer than just the “my account” link. It’s one of two options of the WordPress theme we use and of course a bad idea if it confuses people.
I changed the owners name against the “My Account” link for now (similar to what Jung Roe suggested above).
The name and account might be too long for some mobile phones. Please have a look and tell me if that makes more sense to you.Please also tell me if the problem is a totally different one maybe within the menu structure of the “My Account” page? On the screenshot above I see that you watch the Shop > Account Details page which always was the most boring tab because there never was much to see here. All of the important information regarding subscriptions and memberships and payment methods you can find within the other tabs like “Membership Subscription“, “Orders” or “Payment Methods”
Any idea how to make navigation easier is really welcome even if it would be hard to realize at the moment.

This is fascinating to me how different devices(mobile/desktop) can have different formats of a site in terms of layout and appearances, and this has boggled my mind with interest, I like the advice that both Rudi and Jung have offered, and a thought has occurred that perhaps it’s possible that with the recent update, Howard ‘s devices from which he took these photos from, are now not compatible /recognizing the new changes on MLT Club site… It’ s a boggling tech mystery to me, but fascinatingly intriguing…

Thanks Rudolf! Now it is sufficiently obvious where to access your account now. Only other suggestion I can offer is maybe next to the shopping cart icon have the text say “Shop/ Membership” so its sufficiently clear where you can access membership options. Also on the first page, maybe next to the + symbol, have a text next to it saying “More”. Seems text is more obvious than symbols for some.
This all reminds me of when I try to find something in the kitchen and my wife tells me where something is but I still cant find it when it is right in front of my nose! ?

Hi Rudolf. Thank you for taking the time to look at this issue for me. My original concern was that the instructions stated that we needed to click on ‘My Account’ and as you can see from my previous posts (web page photos refer), my name appeared where ‘My Account’ should have appeared. I see this has now been rectified and the instructions now make more sense.
Thanks again for taking the time to investigate this for me. It will be very helpful information for those lucky 100 web subscribers who hopefully become continuing members.

You guys got me thinking about the usability of the user profile or “my account” page and I must admit it is not the most logical layout I have ever seen. There are 3 places where you can change password and also the names of the tabs are not very clear.
Unfortunately this is a default setting and the tab symbols and the content of the tabs is not so easy to change. For the moment I renamed the shop tab to “my account” because “shop/membership” would be too long. Hope that helps until we find a better solution.

I’m okay with this until a better option is found, but don’t think it needs to be a top priority. Thanks again for your consideration.

Hi Rudi… Whatever you come up with, it’s much appreciated… I’m enjoying the new background photos on log in and the profile photo of ourselves where it says My Account ???

The website and it’s functionality is awesome Rudolf. Sometimes when an error or improvement suggestion is pointed out all the attention goes around it, but all the other 99.9% that is working superb goes unmentioned. I really appreciate the confidence with which transactions can be done on your website when ordering something. It always works flawlessly!

I just noticed that I am unable to access my account, which all of you seem to have resolved months ago.
the “My Account” tab simply is not there. My account used to be the first thing to appear when I logged in, but no longer. Am I missing something?

Hi Dale… Not sure but when I use my Android phone /tablet, the website here for MLT Club is a different layout then what a computer version is…. Whenever I log in, it’s the background of MLT from their Beatles/more CD image, then with a gray box over that background photo which states for you to put your email/pw to Log In…
But if you’re on computer, and you go to their main website and click on ” MLT Club”, you ‘ll get the page where it shows area that says.. “Already a member?!… Here’ s your keys to Log in” where you then click on that and go accordingly to log in…. I hope that was somewhat helpful, if not, my apologies and Team MLT will help you steer in the right direction?

I can login okay, just can’t get to My Account where the receipts are listed, or change password, etc.

My apologies Dale, IÂ misunderstood your posting wrongly, I was thinking you were meaning that you actually couldn’t log in at all…. That was what I perceived your posting to mean by of your issue…. Now I understand better with your followup clarification… I’m not sure as I say computer desktop version layout differs from Android phone/tablet and /or maybe Apple devices, etc…
Did you try clicking on Store tab to see if that helps….?!… Unless, with recent upgrading on here, the area you speak of got renamed or moved to another area…. I hope your issue can ve resolved with Team MLT’s help…. ?

There was a “My Account” button, that took you to the account setup options, up at the top right hand corner of the page next to the “Log Out” button that is missing. I think as Jacki mentioned, must have inadvertently gotten lost in the last upgrade.
