Never liked the Beatles – Until There Was You
Ok, in all honesty there was a few songs I liked, but generally the Beatles were just additional background to the 60’s scene, with Donovan, Dylan, Seekers, Joni et al…
Until I happened on a YouTube vid of you a few months ago. You bring a whole new level of magic to those songs, adding life and an exuberance previously missing for me.
To have achieved so much in your lives so far is a fantastic testament to your amazing multi-instrument & vocal talents, and all credit to your family for supporting all you do.
My sons are both musicians and I understand the effort needed to succeed, so I look forward to many more songs from you.

Hi Steve, welcome to the Club, and thanks for introducing yourself.  Mona and Lisa brought music back into my life in a profound way since I fell away from it in the last few years. They are remarkable music artists in the truest sense that can move people deeply.

Welcome Steve. I was just a bit of a Beatles fan, but discovering Mona and Lisa’s music one day made an amazing difference. I’m probably a hundred times the Beatles fan I was and I appreciate their skills, creativity, innovation, etc.  But, in all honesty I would take any cover of a Beatles or other artist’s song done by MLT over the original. I only knew the Beatles from what played on the radio and missed so many of their incredible songs. I am so glad MLT brought them back to life (at least to me) and sprinkled – no poured – their magic on them.
Like Jung, I had kind of fallen away from music. Most of the current music and the last few decades hasn’t been interesting or even repelling to me. Now beautiful music is a daily part of my life and it is so much better for it.

Did you see their cover of She’s Leaving? It incredible. It is so impressive the way the girls can sit down with just their guitars and a microphone, never missing a note on their guitars, and then sing in perfect harmony without missing a note. These live sessions are amazing. How can they do that in one take?
Sure, it is probably more takes then we know, but still.

Welcome aboard! Mona and Lisa bring this music back and they make it their own and breathe new life into these great songs from the 60’S. They do such a great job covering the Beatles and I am sure Paul or Ringo by now have heard how great these ladies are. I am waiting for them to Cover Get Back!!
