As most of you know We have out little Maddie who is 8 now and she loves Mona and Lisa. So in today’s music the music has lyrics that are not suitable for kids ( adults too ) and when Maddie wants to hear a song she has to say to Google please play this song and the clean version….well with Mona and Lisa that issue never will happen. Their music is so good that this type of music will not be a part of their journey. And it is so refreshing to me knowing that Maddie can listen to their music and never worry about the lyrics or telling Google to play the clean version. Which leads me to what I touched apon earlier about Lyrics. AS you all know I love the Rolling Stones and they do a song called Stray Cat Blues and as a kid I loved this song simply for the music and never paid attention to the words and realize what they meant. But as i got older, I was upset knowing what the words meant and have not played that song again. So my point is Mona and Lisa do not go down that path, and play music that is positve and at times spirt filled and makes you feel good. Thank god for the No Worry’s company Mona and Lisa!!!

    Bill,
the Stones definitely belong on FM.
But it’s no hanging matter, no capital crime – unless you have a little one to worry about

I can’t imagine having to censor input from the media for a child.
    Stay strong.
    Cheers.

    Thomas
Well put my friend. I First hear Stray Cat Blues off the Get Yer Ya Ya album and Mick Taylor did an awesome job on the lead on this song and that made the song for me. But hearing the words and having and 8 year old in the house you really have to pay attention these days. Back in the day artists did songs that you read between the lines but today all bets are off and such a shame that kids today hear this type of music and feel it is ok. So sorry showing my age here but just happy Mona and Lisa don’t do this type of music.

    My sentiments exactly.
The Twins are so fresh and warm.
The opposite of The Pussycat Dolls.

Mick Taylor definitely made the Stones’ live shows.

Just for old times sake. I hope Maddie is busy.
    Cheers

Thanks Thomas and yes she is outside playing so I cranked this one up for old times sake. Mick Taylor and Keith Richards sure was the perfect team in the early 70’s.

Just to add to this topic of no worrys company, After work I listen to one of the CD’S I have of the Mona Lisa twins and I am telling you all my worry’s go away. So nice to listen to them and nothing bothers me , they are true in their craft and do their music with heart and soul and you can’t help to put all your worry’s away when you listen to them.
