Hi Nicola, Mona sings the lead vocals. We loved arranging this song for the Duo Sessions and can’t wait for you to see the video version ♥

Hi Nicola. You can find reviews of the Orange album that include a listing of who sings lead and harmonies on each track. I have included a link to my review below.

And yes Lisa, I am so looking forward to seeing what you have done with your video version of the Duo Session, along with those for “The Kids Are Alright” and “Both Sides Now”.

I love the dark muted guitar Lisa plays replacing the bass for the duo session. Works SO well!  Looking forward to it!

Jung Ro said it correct, Sweet Lorranie is a classic song and that tune plays in my mind during the day. So perfect of a song from words, to chords, arrangements etc…. Listen close to the song on the Orange album, and the first break, I believe you hear Mona on the brushes on the drums say Ah! LOL….Again these ladies do everything right, from guitar Riffs, to Harp playing to bass lines ( thanks to pop on the bass playing on Lola ) and the beautiful blend of harmonies.

In the same vein as Sweet Lorraine, another song that I would love to see a video of one day would be Walking In the Air from the Christmas Album.  Or even an acoustic Duo Session arrangement of it like Sweet Lorraine could be awesome.  The singing, harmonies, and instrumentation in that song are so stellar.  Maybe for a Christmas time.

I agree Jung, Walking on Air is a beautiful song that only Lisa and Mona can do! I always liked the original version of this beautiful song but the twins made it so much nicer and has that holiday feeling. So maybe we will see one for Christmas in 2020. What do you think Ladies? Could this be in our stockings for Christmas?? LOL…

Agree, well said Bill.  In fact Walking In the Air does not necessarily have to be restricted to Christmas, it’s wonderful spirit is good for all year round, as the classical versions of this appeared in many non Christmas appearances.  I’ve always liked this song but after experiencing MLT take on it, I adore it.

I had never heard of Walking In The Air before MLT did it, it’s an enchanting song no matter time of year sung.
