    Johnny

Well put, these ladies rock! In a male dominants business, they can rock with the best of them in my book. Heck just listen to Johnny B Good, Revolution, The Last Time, White Room, Club 27….etc…They are pro’s and all the video’s are high quality.  I just wish this Covid can come to an end and they can come to the USA for a tour. Would love to see them live in Concert.

    Thank You Jacki,

It was different this year due to Covid , we usually have 15 to 25 people at our place and we cut it to just my kids and Maddie, but it was a nice day and love Thanksgiving. Wishing you a great Thanksgiving where you live and thanks for the nice message.

    Jung,

A bit behind here but my thoughts are with you on your dad and family, hope things get better . Prayer is a powerful tool. Love the poster, i am still trying to get me and Maddie on a post so you all can  see. But that double CD is awesome and would love to see if the twins come out with a DVD.

    Well put Jung,

This club has been a part of my life this past year, And I am glad to have met you and Jacki and so many others that we all share a common ground of the love of music and to share on this journey of the Mona Lisa Twins. And the team of MLT is a hard working team, I hope that on Thanksgiving which is just a day away, I pray that all of us have a wonderful time with family and friends and the Mona Lisa Twins get a chance to relax and rest. They have been very busy in 2020.

    Jacki,

It is so nice to see your point of view, thanks so much, always good to see what others think. That is why I throw out these posts. For me, looking in history? A male dominant’s field of sorts with music in general, yes Janis Joplin, Cher, Aretha Franklin, Ann and Nancy Wilson, Joni Mitchel, etc have knocked the door down and made so much of a difference, and to me? For the Mona Lisa Twins to take on songs like Revolution, White Room, Star Man, Wish you were here, etc….to make it their own is showing us how powerful their talents are and I may go over the top at times but I love their music and feel great listening to it. But Jacki my hats off to you and please continue to post great comments.

    Refugio,

Sorry to hear this and hoping the postman brings it to ASAP. I know in the past? When I ordered the set of all their albums? I waited about a month before it arrived. But trust me it is worth the wait Refugio. This album is awesome and gets us thru the lock down of sorts in the world today. Please keep us posted

The beauty of the Mona and Lisa twins is they know how beautiful this music is from the 60’s to 70’s and they are showing us how much they love this music and I Feel a lot of the music from this period will live on forever. And OH My such great memories for me, back in a time when all the people I love were still living and sharing these songs with them makes me feel great. Listening to This Boy by the twins brings back beautiful memoires of me listening with a AM radio and my grand mother sitting with me with tears in her eyes saying how beautiful of a song it is. So Mona and Lisa breathe new life into songs to bring us back to wonderful times in our lives for sure, thank you so much Mona and Lisa you both are god given talents for us to enjoy.

    Well put Jung,

I find myself liking the Mona and Lisa covers in some cases better than the original. White Room is one, that song has always been a killer song for me over the years but now that Mona and Lisa covered it? Now their version is to me is better. They have magic in their voices and talents that in 2020 it is very refreshing. I just wish I would of caught on earlier than 2017 and just glad I am on this magical ride of music.

    Jacki,

So true in the USA. We have stations that are owed by huge company’s and it is the same set list each day no matter what. Back in 1969 in Pittsburgh WDVE 102.5 was born and they have been the huge station with classic rock etc, but have fallen to the times of today but they do what they call Electric Lunch and callers call in for songs that we dont usually hear. But back in the day all stations had a good mix of songs and DJ’S had more control but not so much today.

One more thing I Noticed about this song? Did you guys catch how Mona and Lisa play the guitar solos? They way they fret the cords and the beautiful sound it makes? I can’t help it everyone, we are witnessing perfection at its finest what ever song they are doing.
