Leave it to the “No More Worries Company” to rectify the situation post haste. Thank you kindly Papa Rudi. The website is fantastic!

Happy Canada Day to Jackie, Jung, and the rest of the Canadian MLT Club Members!
Just spent a couple days in Toronto watching the Blue Jays play Boston and Tampa Bay. It is great to return to SkyDome (just can’t call it Rogers Centre) during this return to normalcy.
Since it is Canada Day, the bridges returning to the United States naturally were busy. I am fortunate to have a Nexus card, which allows me to use the Whirlpool Rapids Bridge so the wait wasn’t too long. During that time “The Great Canada Goose Show” was on CBC One Radio…on the same day that Mona and Lisa posted their video about their time with Neve.
Hope that all of you are having a great Canada Day…and thank you for helping make it the wonderful place in which it is.
When Mona and Lisa decide to take their music to another country, Canada would be a great fit! Neve and the “The Great Canada Goose Show” on the same day…a coincidence? Don’t think so!
The MonaLisa Twins “Neve” Tour. Has a nice ring to it!

Papa Rudi, hope all is well with everyone in the groovy Wagner household. I do not know if this is a result of you working on the site, but the orange member placeholders are not available on my site today. No worries, just want to let you know.
Thank you for all the guidance, love, mentorship, and support that you give to Mona and to Lisa. You must be very proud of them. It is clearly evident that they appreciate the efforts that you give to them. The love is evident!

Wonderful Tonight: Lisa was very tentative to start, then she relaxed and put on a fantastic performance. My reaction…”wow”
Twist and Shout: Mona’s “c’mon, c’mon c’mon baby now” while banging those drums. My reaction…”hey hey”
All My Lovin: Daddy/Daughter time with Papa Rudi and Lisa. Watch how Papa encourages Lisa throughout the song. My reaction…”this is so nice”
Ain’t No Sunshine: Lisa’s soul and bass playing and that fantastic Mona drum solo. My reaction…”awe”
I Will: Mona’s lead guitar and the happy, relaxed state that Lisa was in throughout the song. I think she was amused by Mona’s tongue clicking. My reaction…”a huge smile”

Hi Bill:
What a great beginning to your retirement you are having…preparing for your son’s wedding and coaching your granddaughter’s softball team. Good stuff. It is great that you are enjoying your time…noticed that I did not say your free time since you have so many good things going. My Blue Jays will be in Pittsburgh to face the Pirates at the beginning of September. Hope that you can get to one of those games and remember that a fellow MLT fan is watching the game on television. “That’s Life” would be my walk-up song.
“That’s life, nothing is set, you better not bet that it’s always sugar and honey”…epic!

Happy Birthday Lisa!
Make June 16th yours. Spend time in the great outdoors, go for a nice dinner, and do anything that the two of you want.
I think it is just about June 16 your time when I post this.
It is your day!

Paul McCartney’s Wanderlust! I could see MLT doing this in a duo session with Papa Rudi on the keyboards…hence, a trio session!
“Oh, where did I go wrong, my love?
What petty crime was I found guilty of?
What better time to find a brand new day?
Oh, wanderlust away.”
Just a great verse!

There are so many by Rush. In fact, precious few of their works consist of the typical love theme…I cannot even think of any at the moment. Neil Peart, who was the group’s lyricist, focused on profound, high-level concepts. Among my favorites are Limelight, New World Man, Subdivisions, Freewill, Losing It, and Tom Sawyer.
As the MonaLisa Twins mature and become more philosophical, they are focusing into introspective themes as well. Just look at Jump Ship. Very impressive, ladies!

Paul has had to hear the ladies’ music. I hope, in some way, he has acknowledged his appreciation and approval. Mona and Lisa have covered The Beatles’ songs in a most outstanding way. Also, their original music has that 60s influence.
Of course Jung, I am stating the obvious. All of us in the MLT club know this. “No kidding” must be going through all the members’ minds, lol.
Last Friday, our high school baseball team had a home doubleheader. As the players had the music cranked up through the speakers, I asked one of the players if I could play a little MLT. “Be my guest”, was his response. Nice kid.
Of course I did not play Jump Ship. Not officially released yet so that stays with us. But Please Please Me, That’s Life, Drive My Car, and One More Time rocked the ballpark.
They had yet to hear MLT through stereo speakers. The players were like, “hey, that’s good”.
But of course again Jung, we could have told them that couldn’t we?

The appropriate Mothers Day song by Jann Arden.
While I was posting this video, I found that Jann is performing at a place near me. Naturally, bought tickets!

That’s good, Diana. That’s real good. I think that you are on to something!

So true, Orange was a short and sweet name. But it did have the meaning, “less Clockwork, more Orange”. So it was deep in thought.
With additional songs, it will be interesting so see if my titles are both proper and relevant. (Mona and Lisa stated that the times that we are living in today has played a role in the album’s paradigm).
Hopefully the ladies will see my suggestions and maybe I am on the right path. That would be groovy to say the least!

How about this: Lisa does the main vocal “Light out wanderlust, head us out to sea”, etc. while Mona does the bridge “Oh where did I go wrong my love, what petty crime was I found guilty of” etc. Lisa on the Martin acoustic, Mona on the Hofner bass, and Papa Rudy, of course, on the keyboard.

“Oooh la” on Lisa’s Mr. Soft solo…priceless!
