And thank you for setting this up Tim!

What a wonderful year 2023 was for MLT music. Your music has meant so much to me, and this past year has been unbelievable.
We had a new grandbaby come visit us during Thanksgiving, so I’m posting a picture from that visit. Holding an 11 month old grandchild is something special.
Frohe Weihnachten und ein gutes neues Jahr an Mona, Lisa, Michaela, und Rudy!

Thanks Rudi. Years ago I developed and ran a simple web server. I learned very quickly how tough the job can be.

I only use a PC. It seems to be working now for me. The site was down sometime before last Friday’s “Alone” session, and when it came back my notifications and emails had stopped. I did get any notifications for comments on “Alone”. I checked my account settings and everything looked good, but I noticed a set of boxes I hadn’t noticed before (new?): “Choose which notifications to receive across all your devices” with Web or Email as choices. I checked the Email box but it didn’t seem to help, but this morning I was notified about Daryl Jones’s post. Perhaps all is OK now?

I have received no notification emails and no notifications in the bell symbol as of about a week ago – something changed. (???)

I will be glad contribute if it will help, but …
I worked in the systems and real-time programing world for most of my career. For those who aren’t familiar with the term real-time, it just means the system has to respond within a very small time window. Web servers are similar, they just have a bigger time window for response, but when the volumes are a high as what the Twins server has to process, the problems become similar. These problems can take weeks to find by the best. I don’t envy Rudi and family as they try to track this one down.
I’m impressed by the patience and support I see from my fellow club members, and I’m glad to be a part of the Club, watching the Twins climb the ladder to the top!

Member30/10/2022 at 13:29 in reply to: WHY? Is anyone else having trouble unzipping the email album file download? The problem is simple: PC’s don’t allow “?” in a file name. I “hacked” the zip file and changed all the “?” to another character and I was able to unzip everything.
Apple devices should be able to access the download with no problems.
I have emailed the Twins at Shop and explained the problem to them.

The Twins have always been talented – I still like listening to some of the 2007 concert songs, but I think their music has been taken to new levels as they have matured in age and as musicians. To me, their talent is most evident in the Duo Sessions. “It Ain’t Me Babe” is still my favorite, but most of them are in my favorites list.
Count of me is one of my favorites and I was glad to see it finally get a video.

The DVD’s aren’t really important to me, except as collectables, but I really enjoy having the downloads. If there’s a way to make downloads of the newer Duo Sessions available, even at an increased cost, I would love to see it.
Perhaps things will change. The ebook industry struggled at first with cost and licensing issues, now they’re making ebooks available as fast as they can. Prices have going up significantly, and perhaps that’s the key.
I’m looking forward to your new album and hopefully many more duo sessions in the future.
