Thanks, Stephen. I was living in South Carolina then and hauled it to Liverpool. Took it to the Cavern when I went to see them play. They were kind enough to sign it for me. Such a great night. So much fun and everyone was sooooo nice! I am so glad I got to go see them. I feel very fortunate.

Jung Roe, easy question for me. I would take my Taylor GS mini travel guitar. One, because it is a travel guitar. Two, because it is a great little guitar, easy playing and has a great sound. But, three (and the main reason I would take it with me) it is signed by The MonaLisa-Twins!
Stick with the piano lessons, when you are my age you will be glad you did! 🙂

I am not a bird expert, but I do know a little. My favorite bird is the Bluebird (not to be confused with the Bluejay, a mean bird.) Bluebirds are from the Robin family. They are sweet birds. Also pretty birds.
And, since they are from the Robin family, I’m assuming that they can also Rock. But, I don’t know birds THAT well. 🙂

Thanks, Jacki! I agree. Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash, love Patsy Cline… Lisa and Mona could do anything, any genre,… so many songs! My brain is fried. ????

Great suggestion, Jung Roe! Locomotion is a great song. One that came to my mind is, The Miracles’ “Shop Around.” Locomotion might be better, but I agree with you: anything they do is going to be a home run!

Hi Lisa, thanks for answering! I second what Stephen Krogh so eloquently said, and I agree that I also have never heard a MonaLisa-Twin’s Cover or Original that I didn’t absolutely love. And, I would have loved so much seeing you and Mona performing “I Feel Good” when you were thirteen.
When I think R&B I do think of James Brown (who also happens to be from South Carolina), but the list goes on and on: Marvin Gaye, Tina Turner, The Temptations, The Tams, The Drifters, Jerry Butler, Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding, Gladys Knight, Percy Sledge, Eddie Floyd…. I know I am passing over a lot of artist, but so much to choose from. Anyhow, just a thought. I know you are doing the right things and I love everything you are doing!
Thanks, again, for answering and keep Rocking and staying GROOVY!
Lots of Love,
Jerry

Well put, Rick Ross! I second that. Mona, you ROCK!
And, so does your barely big sister! Lots of Love to you both!

I had something similar, but it was black, and honestly I don’t think my memory is that good. It was my brother’s and he is 3 years older, so I had very little experience actually using it. He did really like sharing the Beatle tunes with me. Lots of great memories with my brother coming up saying, “Here’s the new Beatle song I was telling you about.” When I began teaching myself how to play drums, he was my biggest fan .

I agree! I remember my brother and me listening to an AM radio when we were kids. Wow! How technology has changed and now we can communicate with and listen to a fantastic band!

Awesome pictures! Thanks for sharing. ☺ ????????

Lisa, I love your art work. Can’t wait to see more, as well as Mona’s too.
Do you think you might consider selling any of your art? Or, maybe signed prints of it? ❤

Hi Mona,
I love the Duo Sessions! Can’t wait to see more. It doesn’t have to be high dollar to be awesome. It just has to be the MonaLisa-Twins! ☺ ????????
