Yes I totally agree. I love the Beatles song and the video that was put together bringing all four Beatles together almost brought me to tears. But there is something about the MonaLisa Twins version that seems to bring the song up to a whole other level. It’s almost as though the song was written just for them. Beautiful harmonies. So well done. That’s why I love these awesome artists.

I would never have dreamed that in 2023, a 71 year old me would be listening to a new Beatles song. You can’t make this stuff up! I love it!

Hi Jung. Great post. Like everyone else it’s difficult to pick one favorite Beatles song. After all, they’re the Beatles!😁 However, one of my all time favorites is “ I Saw Her Standing There”. The reason being is that it brings me back to the very beginning when I was an 11 year old kid, watching them on Ed Sullivan with my Mom and Dad and two brothers. It was the second song on the very first Capital American album, and I can still remember listening to this over and over. That particular song just struck with me for some reason. All those years ago, as George Harrison once sang….

Enjoying the replies from my introduction post. As I would imagine this club attracts great people who love great music! Don’t know if I am able to individually reply to each one who has posted so I’m sending out this Thank You to all. If there is a way to post individually please let me know. And thank you, Mona for your reply. Your original songs are just as great as the “covers” you perform. You have found a life long fan in yours truly! My wife and kids are getting a good lesson in what great music sounds like through your videos! So always stay groovy….

Yeah, that’s such a great video. I’m envious of the fact that you found Mona and Lisa at such an early stage. I’m three years in the club, and they still amaze me with their talents! Well, friend, you take care, and I know I don’t have to tell you to Stay Groovy!

Hi Jacki….wow how did I miss that “I”. My humble apologies and thank you for being so nice about it! Actually my Mom wanted a girl so for 9 months I was Mary Ann. Then I was born…oops…I immediately became Gary Lynn! I do hope your calendar comes on your day! One thing for sure, your going to love it. And you have great taste in music!!

Hi Mona! Yes, the Both Sides Now Video is so cool! That song brings back memories of my childhood in the 1960s. Always loved the song and your rendition is awesome! I’m so happy I found MonaLisa Twins. I haven’t felt this excited about a musical group in many years. I can tell that you love singing these songs as much as we love hearing them. And as we would say in the 60s, your original music is far out! ? Thank you for sharing your talent with us all…….Peace
