“pedantic”… That’s a new one for me…. Lol….
As for Leslie Nielsen and the Naked Gun and Airplane movies, I agree, funny stuff… Something in our Canadian water that brings out some fine comedic actors… John Candy, Mike Myers are others whom I enjoy watching in movies…

Thankyou Jung, cool Jack- O- Latern… I prefer it over flaming one from both the caetoon/movie versions of “Legends of Sleepy Hollow”, that was one Disney cartoon movie I hated because of that part, I had nightmares as a kid after seeing that, and the real movie adaptation, not keen on it either, no nightmares but I don’t care seeing that part…. Lol….

This reminds me of what one of my older bros did for our niece one Cgrustmas/Bday Gift (her Bday is a few days b4 Xmas)…. Gave her an acoustic guitar, an earlier on when she was younger, had refurbished an older acoustic that he had for years…. She ‘ s 20 now and plays the guitar occasionally as she’ s busy at university becoming a nurse… So I can appreciate/understand Tomas’ efforts to gift his niece with guitar and lessons… ?

Thankyou Lisa, indeed, down the line, I shall attempt to tackle singing an MLT original that is suited for my voice, as I have no clue what key I sing in, I do know I can’t sing really or extreme low… I’m in the middle somewheres… And when the time comes, hopefully another friend or someone else at the open mic could video the moment for me in which I’ll send along… Thankyou and to Team MLT for giving me continual inspiration, Positivity Encouragement , courage to engage in something I enjoy doing. ?

I’m definitely a Mr. Bean fan… Even loved Rowan in Johnny English movie, his Mr. Bean Vacation Movie is hilarious…
As a kid in the 70s, teen in the 80s, etc… The UK British Comedy shows I love are: On The Buses, Fawlty Towers, Monty Python, Birds of a Feather, Are You Being Served, The 2 Ronnie’s, Mrs. Brown’s Boys, After Henry, Keeping Up Appearances, Upstairs, Downstairs, Father Ted, Vicar of Dibley, French & Saunders, Absolutely Fabulous, Benny Hill, Me and My Girl, etc…. I love comedy, regardless where it comes from… If it ‘s funny and I laughed hard and have bladder workout, it’ s worthy, Carol Burnett show was Frikkin classic for USA comedy….. Lol

Thankyou Jung, I have already had a few poems published online and in a publication a few times too, so the door has been opened, I just need to fully open it, to enjoy what out there has to offer… I will publish a book, it’s on my lifetime bucket list…

Hi Howard, Thankyou for your compliment…. That would be a dream come true… Someone singing my poetry /song… Perhaps one day Team MLT could….I did though in my teenage years in the 1980s, did attempt to try writing a song… “The Memory of the Red Rose”, I still have the piem/song written down in a journal book somewheres tucked away in my stuff in storage of my youth… Lol…. Indeed, one never knows, if it’s meant to be, it will occur, And to one day publish a poetry book of my own stuff….. Dreams… They Can come true… Never say never…..!!!!

Thankyou Jung, though since Dad passed away in 2011, and I have not had cable TV for years, I’ve not watched NASCAR at all but can always tune in on updates on the internet…. Lol…. While I have many souvenir Tshirts that Dad bought for me, this one and the Oswego Speedway hoodie which Mom bought for me many moons ago while she and Dad were down to Oswego to catch the Labour Day Wknd races one year as they always did until Mom got sick but Dad continued the tradition until he got really sick and no longer could drive (one of my older bros went down with him and drove-last time to go down for him and NASCAR stuff too for Dad. These 2 items in particular hold dear to my heart as well as a few of Dad’s NASCAR souvenir Tshirts he bought and wore that I kept as keepsakes and I wear sometimes.

Yes, some of them have had health issues over the while, 2 of the lesser known older brothers have always had hearing impairments…. But didn’t some of the offspring form a new round of Osmond singers?!

Nascar Racing holds dear to my heart because that is one of infinite happy memories I have of my late Dad…. I even for a few seconds unbeknownst to me until I realized it was him… Too late to videotape the moment back in the day… Dad and his buddies whom he went to Daytona 500 with one year, the TV crews spanned over crowd in stands… In a blink of an eye, Dad and his buddies caught on live TV… Was I ever happy and stunned at same time… What are the Frikkin chances remotely, that you’ll spot someone you know in crowd at a live televised Nascar Race, even the fact that a TV crew happen to scan/span over the area where they were sitting at… Wow… Dad also I believe was at the Daytona 500 Race that killed Earnhardt, I watched that race… Sad…. Dad also another time, at some racetrack down in the USA, came back with a small race car part of debris that went flying into crowd, where they were at… He’d been to many Nascar tracks. He started going when either Mom was still alive in longterm hospital or it was after she died in 1995, but he kept going until his own health deteruoted to the point of he no longer could drive and soon after went into nursing home care for rest of his days….
A fun side note : The Ottawa Redblacks football place was formerly in the 40s-60s a race track for cars on dirt gravel/pavement before it became home to the Ottawa RoughRiders/Ottawa Renagades/Redblacks–The name of our CFL team changed over the years with new ownerships as it happened… Lol. Dad was also fond of local and area stock car racing, and went to racecar tracks in Cornwall, Brockville Ontario, some track in Quebec side, Oswego NY, and then some of the Nascar tracks in USA…. Yep, Car Racing in my blood it seems…. My first word to say was apparently “Car”… Which is funny since I don’t have/want my driver’s license…. Lol

I never knew for the longest time that 2 of the older brothers Virl?! & Tom?!, are both hearing impaired , I found out many years later….. I used to watch the Donny and Marie show on TV in the 70s as a kid… Kinda had a crush on Donny and his older brothers… Jimmy was cute but he was the baby of the brothers, I rather preferred Donny and the older brothers to have crushes on… I do like Marie’s ” Paper Roses” and in later years her duet with Dan Seals ” Meet Me In Montana”… Lol
