I enjoyed that Jung… Now, you have swirling ideas around in my mind to conjure up a dog poem… It was National Puppy Day a few days ago… I grew up with 2 dogs and a demented demonic female cat that gave me dislike and later to find out by means of other cats… Allergic severely to cats… As in eyes swell, wheeze, can’t even be in same room or near them… Some dogs I’m allergic too as well but nothing like the cats….
Let me think and conjure up a dog poem if not tonight, tomorrow… As I’m soon off to bed…

They have sung a few songs that Elvis had sung…. “That’s All Right Mama”, “Hound Dog,” “Jailhouse Rock” … In a medley of sorts… from a live gig or it was from a radio show… Whatever it was from, they MLTBuzzed Groovified the songs…!

UK Humour…..Of its Finest…..

Great poem Jung, like you, I had posted just after the Starman video release my inspired poem, it didn’t take much for me to conjure it up, the song inspired instantly…

Hi again Dale, just a side note to add: I’m Canadian and from Ottawa…
The only area of the USA that I’ve been to is the Ogdensburg – Watertown NY corridor and driven through Malone/Potsdam, for daytrips shopping in Ogdensburg mostly and for car races in Oswego NY, and my last actual time to USA was to Ogdensburg for a day trip of shopping with my late Dad when he was still able to drive before a major stroke he took 4-5months after Mom died in 1995, so probably 1994ish… I have been to Oswego a few times to watch car races with my family, though my parents and older siblings went more frequently to the car races then I did, too noisy and the fumes got to me moreso than noise, thus ending my liking to see car races in person.

Lol… True… Purple is indeed magical and quite powerful and Postivity Creative Inspiring in my opinion… And for the last 10 years about living at home before the house was sold at the time, (yes, I never moved out while my older siblings had and one of them moved back home to help out with Dad, due to Dad’s health issues, etc), Finally got to paint my bedroom a lovely lilac shade of purple with Fuschia pink rose stenciling patterns all around the 4 walls about halfway down wall.
I do indulge in painting from time to time and write other poetry besides MLT related poetry…, so yes, I do believe how colours plays a pivoted role in one’s life.

Thankyou Mona for your culinary critique of both you and Lisa’s Culinary Encounters of the Groovy and Exotic Creative Kind … I can relate… Burning stuff is my enemy too…. ?… I’ll do my best to improve if you promise to as well… Let’s make a tentative pact : Try not burn anything at least Once a month or every 2 months…, sound reasonable.?! I’ll do my best if you will too?!

Lol… Reminds of the times in my 20s/30s when I once had purple ish highlights done (bad experience – never again), as well as having temporary hair colours varying from dark auburn Purpley to plum purple to mahogany…. I was allergic/sensitive to the products… So in my 40s I began to become Grey in areas and now 50 and continue… To colour/highlight option down the line, up in the air.
Am also allergic to many organic/natural ingredients so using natural plant based stuff not an option, or stuff with nut oil extract, sunflower oil, etc. I can’t even use any Ivory/Dove products as I get allergic reaction… So perhaps I’ll age my hair as it is… Au nature… Greying style… Lol
To colour is a personal preference for whatever reasons, For some it looks great while for others… Not… To each one’s own but Mona does the blonde fab as Lisa does her fire red-orange too

It’s awesome to see and read and learn about all the guitar models and makes that you are all familiar with to which I’m not even remotely sure of, I know of what Team MLT has, as they ‘ve mentioned about, and I know of Gibson, Telecaster, Fender, & other familiars, I just don’t know enough on specifics as like you all do on here but with your photos and great detailed descriptions of, for a visual learner person as I am, that helps me understand and learn about, in with those methods you’ve posted by, Thankyou ???

That was a great Q David to ask and I luv Lisa ‘s reply…. From the GetGo of hearing this song from the ORANGE album/CD, I immediately had the Vintage 20s/30s vibe feel in my head and this song just screams out for another vintage creative video where vintage costuming are a must because Team MLT can capture the essences and spirit of the past as though they’ve been but living in present to preserve what they know and love.
Like Jung, I envision old school circuses like Barnum & Bailey, old school traveling /vaudville/medicine shows, old time radio ads in between programming. It makes me recall of the time in either Grade 7 or 8 for History class when we all had to do a project on fave eras…. I chose the 20s as I knew my Grandma as a great source… She delivered, she entrusted me in my utmost care and which I respectfully did so, her actual wedding dress/veil from the 20s, and a few other items she had saved and carefully stored away. The dress a tad discolored by that time but still in tact… Project garned me an A++or A+++..That actual piece of authenticity made all the difference, just like in this song, those extras just made the song that more vivid and authentic…!!!!

That’s cool Dale… You live about a 2 and a half to 3 hours away from me…. Wow, cool you ‘ve been to Oswego NY as well… ?

Okdokey, putting in my 3 cents worth on the handwriting side topic here :
Because I was born full term but only at 3 pounds-3 ounces, struggling to survive, I’ve always hand hand/eye coordination issues (guitar/uke issues mentioned previously on here) and printing and cursive handwriting was not fun and quite frustrating for me that I ended up repeating Grade 7 as one of the main reasons(other personal reasons factored too)
I can still recall quite vividly how I was for longest time not able to properly formulate to printing the capital “K” as I had been taught to read and see, I did my own version of it for the longest time before finally doing it at a fairly properlike way.
Cursive Handwriting in Grade 2….Nasty and Frustrating for me and a constant struggle thereafter all the rest of my schooling years. Thankfully in my Grade 7 – Round 2, the English teacher enrolled me and a few others in a specific cursive writing exercise class every morning before school started for about 40 mins, I did improve somewhat, enough to go to Grade 8!!
In highschool my hsndwriting/printing still continued to cause me grief at times. Even now if I’m tired, it will be messy like the old days before taking that specific class in Grade 7 – R2…
I do believe it is vital to maintain the art of handwriting, once in awhile, though with arthritis in my hands now a little, and modern tech, it’s nice to have choice of having both ?
