My Mom was in my thoughts and memories yesterday, she died in 1995. She spent her last 10 yrs of life in a LTC Hospital post surgery stroke brain damaged somewhat and right side paralyzed she suffered from in 1985-86.

While on topic, a trip across Canada , would be great for you , lots to see, do… perhaps in the next century, once Covid disappears… ????????

Yes, Jung, exactly, Hot Rod Cruise nights at Tim Horton parking lots at some locations around Ottawa but not all the Tim Hortons, and at some mall parking lots too , but Covid put a halt on those , for indefinitely I guess ????

In my late Dad’s car /truck ownership history, he did have , though I vaguely remember it, a formerly used mid/late 50s-early to mid 60s Station wagon ambulance…. and at one time had my Grandpa Hopper’s old Coupe, ( after Granpa died) until he sold it… also in my memory, a family friend owned a 1960s convertible mustang, red with black top, a couple of old Model T Ford/Chevy pickup trucks with… circular brake/gas shaped pedals….
Yes, I love vintage cars, trucks, I got the appreciation to come by honestly from my late Dad … I miss seeing Hot Rod Cruise nights in Tim Hortons or mall parking lots, where all the nice Hot Rods, vintage cars/trucks would come out for show and revving it up… -
Thankyou all.. glad you enjoyed… maybe one day, I could try tackling an MLT to music, lol, it have to be me singing it , as I can’t pjay any instrument really nor can understand or read music, if anything, best I learn by ear or try learning by visual references in conjunction with learning by ear…. my hand/eye, perception as well as brain to hand to eye coordination is off the radar with me….lol

Mona’s always been the taller one and her face features are slightly different than Lisa’s, even as kids, if you keep those tips in mind , you should be able to find it easier to tell who is who as youngsters … it can be a tad tricky but if you keep Mon’s taller tip and study their faces as kids very detailed like, you’ll notice the subtle differences… hope that helps….????

I’m a tea person all the way, preferably hot to luke warm, sometimes cold , las like Lisa had said, discovering it a few hrs later …on counter …lol… I’m not keen on cold drinks, even in summer unless extreme humid, than perhaps an iced tea, or a blueblerry- cherry choco chip smoothie, I ususally drink my beverages room temp, hot, warming, slightly cooled….lol…I know, I’m a weirdo oddball, but a Happy one????☕????????

Brian, that’s what I admire and respect of/in Team MLT for, just for those very reasons Mona, replied with. And I wish alot more people out in the world would take a lesson and learn to be likewise .. A great question to ask Team MLT.

For David: Did you know Dusty Springfield ‘s brother Tom ( real name Dionys O’Brien) actually wrote a few of the Seekers songs, ie: I’ll Never Find Another You… !? Also Dusty wasn’t her real name either…
There’s probably quite a few underrated songs by Mamas and Papas, Dusty, Glass Tiger that I could choose but I’ll post another day…
