Nice one, David.

Thanks, Lynn. “Bus Stop” is a fun one. That MonaLisa sense of humor is so charming. The candy bar was funny, totally unexpected.
One million views is amazing. That’s a lot of clicks. One more time.

Hi Jung,
‘I never did find that sticker. Damn cats. I know what you mean about those laser pointers. I have seen cats that were constantly on the look out for it. They turn into little paranoid criminals.

Nice! Which one is next?

Nice, I’ll try to watch a couple thousand times tonight.
This is one of my favorites.JP

Hi David,
I joined a few months ago for similar reasons. These original songs stand up to the classics. Can’t wait for their next release.
And this is a great group of fans on this forum. We have most of the time zones covered.

You’ve got to make the morning last.

Good one, Bill.
As I sit here trying to come up with a favorite, I was thinking about the Making of and Behind the Scenes videos. I love seeing how they make their videos. Nothing is in Vain really stands out. It’s so kool how they were able to create a weightless image in their grandparents swimming pool. These guys are so clever. And I just love the disclaimer about the fish. It was so authentic, yet so cheeky. (did I use cheeky correctly?)
For an early favorite I really like the MONALISA and Band concert. They already had so much talent at such a young age. And they played such a diverse and long set list. I mean Clapton, Santana? These girls were burning down the house.
How many of us at that age said or thought,”I wanna be in a band, Man. I should become a musician” These ladies have really stuck to their plan. MLT is like watching a rock and roll dream in real time.
I can not wait for their next release. Just knowing there are a couple more duo sessions in the can is pretty exciting. Didn’t Gene Wilder say,”The anticipation is killing me, I hope it lasts.”

Nice Jung, where did you find this video of me? jk
Although I use to have an ugly ski outfit. Yellow coat, green pants, get the picture? (on second thought, don’t picture that, save your mind’s eye while there is still time)
FYI for any non-skiers – This skier is tele-marking. The binding is similar to a nordic ski, or a cross country ski. Notice how the skier can lift their heel as they begin to carve a turn. I have never tried this.
I can’t wait for those blue bird days of winter. They always show up at the worst times in my schedule. Hopefully, some will land on the weekend this winter.
This video is great. Sunny blue skies, endless snow, MLT in the earbuds, and away we go.

Honestly, I get wicked stage fright singing in front of other people, but when I am alone I sing along with almost everything. My audience seems to like it.
Now I can hear the thinkers,”When JP sings by himself, and there is no one their to listen, does he actually make a sound?”
Did the Carpenter’s teach us anything?

We can hear Jung singing all the way over here! Singing along with MLT makes me feel like some one still cares. I have not been able to find any new music that I really like, or that causes me to give it a second spin. The quality of these recordings is fantastic. Please turn up the volume.
MLT’s original songs are just my style. It’s so nice to have new songs that insist on being heard again, and again. I am looking forward to their next release.
Can I add one more question, where does this magic occurr? My voice sounds best in the car, to an audience of one. And do you ever try to do your best Dylan? Sometimes the Dylan voice comes out when’re you hear his songs. I wonder if Mona ever tried to impersonate him. Mind you, I prefer the MLT version of this classic.
I almost hurt myself trying to sing along with Both Sides Now. The range on that song is in the clouds for sure.

This song used to be my rallying cry. Getting closer to sixty-four than nineteen.

Easy there lead foot,
Jung, I have this vision of you driving on the hottest summer day with the Christmas Album cranked. When “Walking In The Air” begins, a dazed smile lights up your face, you hit the gas, and drive off into the sunset.
Some songs have that effect on me, too. I drive an hour each way on my daily commute so there are plenty of instances of this. Umm, “For What It’s Worth” and “Drive My Car” come to mind. Beep Beep Beep Beep Ya
Then again, “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” has a build up that can creep into the accelerator. I can hear Mona’s drums now. And when I arrive home, my floors always need cleaning.
Duo Sessions CD Driving – begin near the end – begin with “Here Comes the Sun” and then it will roll into “Good Day Sunshine” I think that was perfect placement of those songs, beginning and end, sunrise – sunset – sort of – but I have really gotten used to listening to it this way.
It’s like CD’s are becoming Old School. I don’t know if I would have changed the sequence listening on my ipod. One day in the car track 15 rolled into track 1 and I was sure I had discovered something special.
Remember with cassettes you could not easily select particular tracks or play them in a different sequence. If you were impatient, or only liked one song in the middle of the album, you could fumble with fast forward and attempt to find it. Talk about distracted driving.
Let’s not forget about the subliminal effects in “It Ain’t Me, Babe”
Leave at your own chose speed

I agree with you guys. This timeless Christmas Album will become a tradition here. I love their originals.
And I am in love with “Walking In The Air”. I can not wait to take this song skiing. Funny, I did not realize it was a cover. I was giving all the credit to the girls. Well, thanks Howard Blake, but the MLT version is the one for me.
What did they say on Game of Thrones , “Winter is coming”
