Hi David, how interesting, and the world population hits 8 billion on the mark as stated in WHY? as the album just released. How remarkable and special is that!
Just to put things in perspective, and maybe drive the point about how small we are in the universe, in our tiny insignificant Milky Way Galaxy, there are 100 billion planets, over 10 times more planets than all the people in the world, just in the one galaxy! In the observable universe, there are over 200 billion galaxies.
It’s quite humbling, reminds me we are all on this little merry go round, that pale blue dot suspended in a sun beam. In the grand scheme, our problems don’t amount to much, so “why all the deception, and why all the fuss?” We should just all get along.

PMP and other covers that have punched through the millions of views are only paving the way for MLTs originals to skyrocket even higher, like Questionable did better than even some Beatles covers. The fan base and subs keep growing setting up for an MLT explosion. The right spark will light it off any time.

Hi Bill, absolutely agree. If there was a greedy record label or selfish promotor telling MLT what kind of music to create, and produce videos every week and new albums every few month, and do an endless tireless streak of small venues performances week after week so promotors can line their pockets, we wouldn’t have the masterpiece of WHY, and the amazing top notch Duo Sessions, and level of creativity and inspiration that go into everything they do, there wouldn’t be this wonderful community, nor MLT Club, and MLT would not have been able to touch and enhance our lives as much as they have. My wish and prayer is for MLT music to get the recognition and exposure it deserves and proliferate every corner of the world with beauty and joy to make a positive difference in lives. They don’t need a self serving record label or promotor dangling a false carrot of get rich and famous quick dreams, they have everything they need. MLT are all about uncompromising quality, innovation, passion and care with their music that move people, over quantity and pizazz, and that is a virtue.

That’s pretty creative. Imagine if they extended that for several miles and did an entire song.

Hi Daryl, they both look adorable, and so happy and content together. I can see they are inseparable pals. Thanks for sharing that. I love cats and dogs.
Let me introduce Milo (my cat) and my sisters cat (Cooper), they both lived with my sister in our parents old place. In the first photo Milo is the one in the front. I lost Milo this past summer after nearly 20 years, miss him. Cooper is a lot younger, 6, and much bigger than Milo, but Milo was the boss. In the second photo, Cooper is in the forefront with Milo in the chair. Cooper’s nickname is vacuum cleaner as he eats so much.

I found this really inspiring. Music has the magic to bring out the child in you.

Hey thanks Daryl! Yeah, when MLT released this gem a few years back before Christmas, it’s beauty just blew me away! And I continued listening after Christmas throughout the year. Moments of absolute beauty, and love how they used no instruments, other than the drum, relying on just their vocals. Brilliant singing, brilliant mixing of the tracks, brilliant video, just a shining gem. I always loved The Little Drummer Boy, and they made this all their own. I never heard the David Bowie version before this, but MLT version is it for me.

Hi Len, good comparison to the Beatles. I remember in that MLT 2016 video, Mona and Lisa, after coming off of 2 years of live performances at the Cavern, they said they wanted new songs, and said it was time to lock themselves in the studio, and boy how their musical palette has broadened and flourished, not that their musical palette wasn’t amazing already. Sweet Lorraine to Still A Friend of Mine, and now Jump Ship, Any Other Day, WHY?…such a great decision they made to focus in the studio on their own originals, but it was also awesome and very smart they continued creating incredible covers, duo sessions, MLT Club, more than doubling their youtube subs from less than 100K to almost a quarter million now and growing. Now with a much bigger fan base, with many more ears, they launch this huge masterpiece album! Brilliant. We have an MLT powder keg forming, ready to explode with the next right spark!

Hi Allan. I enjoy Rick’s analysis of music, and his other videos on Bach is quite interesting. Bach seems to be the composer most admired by rocks greatest.
In classical there is often quite the interesting debate when they compare some inspired modern musician and their interpretation versus opinions on how the original composer would have played it. Of course there is no recordings to fall back on when talking about classical music composers, so the debate goes on endlessly.

Hi Jurgen, that’s a cool video of famous bridges in the world. I can say I’ve been across two of them, the Bixby Bridge on Hwy 1 on the California coast near Monterrey and the San Francisco Golden Gate bridge. I remember that Bixby bridge crossing it, but never realized it was one of the famous bridges in the world.
Back in 2012 my company sent a bunch of us down to Cancun Mexico for an all expense payed team building event for a few days and I got to experience the beautiful sandy beaches with turqoise water and the Mayan ruins in Tulum. Certainly a life long memorable trip.
