Hi Dale! You’re right, we filmed the video outside of our own four walls for once, at a country house we rented for several days. It was perfect! We’ll talk more about the location in posts and videos to come but it was great being “out & about” again. The editing is complete now and we just released the video in the MLT Club.We hadn’t shot a video “on location” since “All I Want Christmas To Be” and it was so fun to experiment with all these new backdrops! The house looked surreal and every room was unique and perfect for what we needed. We’ll be sharing loads of photos soon! There’s pros and cons to filming in a place so far away but luckily we didn’t forget anything important so we could work there in peace for several days and nights in a row 😉Have a great week!

Administrator22/08/2021 at 17:37 in reply to: Where have these ladies been all my life!!!!!Hi Rick,
Thank you so much for the kind words and introduction! ‘These ladies’ say a big hello – and thank you for being here! 🙂
We’re grateful YouTube sent you this way and we hope you’ll enjoy this groovy community here in the MLT Club! Believe us when we say we also wish we could put out new music on a daily basis … that would be amazing!
Unfortunately, with there only being 8 days a week (????) and 24 hours in a day we have to limit new MLT Club content to twice a week but you will find a lot of exclusive music here ready to catch up on while we keep working on the new album.
We send all the best to Michigan and hope to make it there for a gig one day!

Sorry guys, it’s fixed now! We overlooked this at the time but just found out what the error was and updated the audio file. It should all be playing fine now 🙂

I was over enthusiastic in updating plugins without testing them first. Rollback seems to work now.

Welcome Bruce, and a belated 64th Happy Birthday from the both of us!
We hope you enjoyed your birthday week and are glad our music could be part of your celebratory soundtrack 😉 Thanks for all the kind words!
How lovely to welcome a fellow runner to the MLT Club! We did our second race of the year last weekend, a 10k. What we’ve found out is that all that long distance training we did for the first half of the year in preparation for the ultra, really doesn’t help with your short distance speed ???? We had fun though!
Thanks for deciding to support us here at the Club, we appreciate it a lot and hope you’re enjoying your evening! Welcome to the community!

Hi Bill, Hi Maddie,
We both love a good amusement park, although maybe I enjoy them a slight bit more than Lisa. When we visited California for the first time we had the chance to go to “Six Flags” in LA which had by far the best roller coasters from anywhere we had visited. It’s one of the things Americans do really well! ???? We also went to Universal Studios and Disneyland, and they all had really unique and fun rides.
I found this clip from “Six Flags” in 2007 when we went on the “Goliath” ride: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwJWucFf5kI
I love all types of thrill rides … the more scared you are while queuing the better 😉
I remember bumper cars from the local fairs from where we grew up – If you could evade all other cars for a full round you would get to go again for free which became my mission for the entirety of the evening!
If we ever make it to Pittsburgh we’ll have to try and stop by at Kennywood Park!
All the best to you both, I hope Maddie’s softball playing is going well!

Hi Kenny,
I have a few different Lanikai ukuleles, but the one I play the most is a concert size (LU-21CE).
Lanikai are one of the more established uke brands out there and offer a lot of really affordable but decent instruments up to really high-quality ones at higher price points. Ours were on the cheaper side but I am still very happy with them. But I am really no expert on this and haven’t had the chance to compare them to any other ukulele brands or more expensive brands/models.
Hope that helps!

Hi Tim,
We are both quite easily excitable people, so if one of us feels really passionate about a new hobby or interest it’s rare that it doesn’t rub off on the other pretty quickly! Most things are just more fun to do together!
That being said, there are a few hobbies and interests that one of us doesn’t feel as enthusiastic about as the other. For example: Lisa got super into watching powerlifting and strongman competitions at some point. For me these bulky dudes all look the same but I respect their hard work. ????
Also, I am subscribed to just about every gardening channel there is on YouTube and can tell you the latin name of most house plants, while Lisa just enjoys the consequences of my hobby by having a green room filled with my plants (she gets better sunlight 😉 ).
I am clueless where these bizarre hobbies are coming from every now and then but we both love going down these random rabbit holes of new interests.
Have a great day!

Hi Jeffery,
I don’t recall ever seeing that clip of Ringo but I guess great minds think alike, haha! If great minds also played alike that would be even better but I’m still working on that! 😉
We were just being silly in between filming the actual video clips and decided to leave some of the footage in, so that’s how these little inserts came about. Just a fun, relaxed day in the studio.
All the best to you!

Hi JP! Your story made us laugh, we’re happy we’ve released a brand new album just for you. Vol 3 came out at the same time as Vol 2 (it was a double release) so maybe there’s even some songs on Vol 2 that you have missed! 😉
Yes, you are right in guessing that we used some backward guitars for “Once Upon A Time. It was an entertaining process as it is really hard to predict how a certain melody or lick is going to come out once you reverse it. Lots of trial and error and recording a bunch of guitar lines and then picking the best ones.
The only other time we have used a “backwards” effect was in our song “Nothing Is In Vain” off our debut album. If you listen to the end of it you will hear a backwards swoosh sound that cuts off really abruptly. That’s actually a cymbal being played backwards 🙂
All the best and yvoorg yats !

Well, I get to claim all the praise and glory for myself with this one, haha. But I usually don’t go for particularly difficult braids as I usually quickly lose patience when fiddling about with my super fine and long hair. I’ve mastered the side-braid which is how I wear my hair 95% of the time to avoid it getting tangled.
No offence to Dad who is a man of many talents, but I doubt he could help me tie a simple ponytail ???? -
Hi Michael,
We both wear glasses – or contact lenses if we’re not being lazy and make the effort to put them in 😉
We can get away without them if we’re just at home or filming a Duo Session, etc. but if we’re out and about and driving we’ll always be wearing glasses or contact lenses to avoid crashing into trees at the side of the road or waving to strangers thinking they’re friends!
