David, Another great Canadian comedy was New kids in the hall. HILARIOUS! I also really like Letterkenny, another Canadian gem! There was also a funny cartoon called “Fugget about it” I really liked.

Oh man I’m a big Python fan. Since my teen age years MANY, MANY years ago. It’s hard to pick a favorite. Their songs are hilarious, especially the one about……well, you know, the face. I love British comedies. I’m also a Mr. Bean fan and naturally Benny Hill too.

It’s almost a year already, man time flies! Then again the older I get the faster it seems to go. And yes Howard, I too discovered them in July of last year myself. Can’t believe I didn’t know about them long ago. Better late than never I suppose!

Happy birthday Richard! I’m not far behind you! What a nice cake!

Welcome Brad from Tom in New York. You’ll love it here!

Indeed! Happy Canada day eh? Have a great one!

Jacki don’t worry, I myself am only an intermediate guitar player so I’m no pro either. Currently working on my 7th chords. Man The Beatles used them a LOT. B7 is killing me! Slowly but surely I’m getting better at switching to it but it’s a slow grind. Mona & Lisa make it look so easy. It’s fun seeing everyone’s guitars.

Hi Roger,
Just click on the icon of the picture on the far right top of the box and insert the photo. For example here is a shot of my 2006 MIM Fender Tele. My “baby mine”!

I’ll also include besides the ones Michael added Monty Python. Silly humor which came after the Goons show which I know Lennon was fond of. I love Monty Python. Maybe check out the Carol Burnett show (Variety show) too. 60’s and early 70’s TV was really good here in the U.S. although a lot of us love British humor too!

It’s a bucket list must but I’ll probably never get the chance. I’m 61 and have a number of health issues currently that I’m trying to get sorted out. This is a great club and the Wagners are a WONDERFUL family! I’d love to meet them someday to thank them in person. Enjoy the club, LOTS to see and hear here!

So sorry to hear about this. I lost mine years back, she was 15. The first time that *I* had to have one put down and the last time I’ll ever do that. Years latter I’m still heart broken. She was a black & White Springer Spaniel. My condolences.

Yeah David, Lisa also inspired me to get a uke as well last year. First a cheap $60 Aklot with surprisingly good intonation but then I bought a Kala baritone which plays a lot nicer and tunes like a standard guitar without the low E and A strings. So now I go back and forth between my Telecaster and Kala. Ukes are a lot of fun!
