FAQ

How do I get my CDs & Merch signed?

All MLT Club members get any ordered CDs or vinyl signed automatically.

Please just make sure that you are logged in to your MLT Club account when you order any CDs/vinyl/posters in the online store. That way our shipping team will see that the order was placed by a member, and we will be able to sign your items first.

If you want to have any other merchandise (T-shirts, hats, …) signed or have a special signature request, please leave a message in the “Order Notes” field on the Checkout page.

That will tell the system to not send the order through to the shipping team immediately and will give us a chance to fulfill any dedication and signature requests before sending off the parcel.

If you send your request through email or any other way we can’t guarantee your message to get seen in time.

What are my responsibilities as an MLT Club Member?

Mainly to stay as groovy as you are!

When it comes to “rules” we just have one request: For obvious reasons we would kindly ask you not to share any of the exclusive MLT Club content on Facebook and other social networks. We have plenty of videos, blog posts and news entries on the “official” part of the website and our social media pages that you are more than welcome to spread around – in fact we’d love you to.

However, we’d love to keep the MLT Club content exclusive! 🙂

Suspend – Reactivate – Cancel your Membership

We will soon create a video tutorial for this!

It is very important for us to make it easy for our members to suspend, reactivate or cancel their membership at any time. You have full control over your Account Settings under Profile > Shop > Membership > View.

Once you click “View” on an active Subscription you will see all details like your start date and next payment date. Underneath you will find the following options:

Suspend / Reactivate – this will change your membership status to “On Hold”. All upcoming renewal payments as well as MLT Club access are now paused. Once paused, the button will change to “Reactivate”. If you want to reactivate at a later time, click this button and access will continue and regular payments will pick up again.

This is useful if you want to take a break and come back to the MLT Club in the future. The advantage is, you can be an on/off member and would not have to go through the whole ordering process again and again.

Cancel – this will change your membership status to “pending cancellation” until your paid-for month (or year, if you paid yearly) runs out. No more payments will be made.

In the “pending cancellation” phase you will still have access to all MLT Club content and receive MLT Club Wires. After that it will switch to “Cancelled” and access to the MLT Club stops.

If you wanted to rejoin the MLT Club at a later time after you had canceled, you would have to purchase a new subscription in the store and go through the order process again.

We are trying our best to make the MLT Club experience as personal, social, fun and engaging as possible and are always looking for more ways to accomplish that.

We will rely on your feedback to continue to fine-tune new features and enable more functionalities as they get developed and improved.

Not everything might be possible for us to realise at once, but we do collect all feasible suggestions and put them on a road map. So we would love to hear your thoughts! What would you like to see implemented or improved? What features are you still missing? What are your crazy ideas? Please write to mlt-club@monalisa-twins.com.

To have your monthly support allows us to invest in the necessary technical research and appliances to produce even more and better content. The more people join in, the more you tell your friends about this, the further we’ll be able to take this. Let’s take over the universe by creating our own! 🙂

    1. Pretty sure it renews automatically unless you tell them not to. I’m on a monthly renewal, and that’s what it does for me.

    I received a Birthday Greeting email from Mona & Lisa today, thank you.
    It says that I can view a birthday video, but when I click on Watch Video it says unrestricted area. So I log in to the MLT Club website. But now where do I find the birthday video?

    1. I have an idea you could try.

      When you log in, there’s a checkbox that says Remember Me. Check that box before you click the Log in button. Then try using the email to see the video again.

      and scroll down and click on the Download Album button for the one you want.

      Or follow the steps below and that’ll get you to the same place…

      I did see where it said that downloading is disabled for phones and tablets. They recommend you use a regular computer for that.

  6. Hi girls…I love the magnets…I give them away to people who seem interested in 60s music…Beatles etc….I have run out of magnets but I can’t find them in the “shop” section….are you out of magnets ? are you going to get more ?

  7. I have a question! On some of the pages like this one and on the Duo Sessions, what are the + and – symbols with a number in between? I can’t figure this out. I thought they had something to do with replies but obviously they don’t.

    1. Phil, + and – are for upvoting or downvoting a comment. The number is the net number of upvotes (green) or downvotes (red) the comment has gotten. Of course, it’s almost always upvotes here in MLT land!

  9. I’m trying to play the Jukebox. I’ve done it before, and I remember it just automatically playing the next song that comes up. Today I’m having it click the play button each time for the next song. Does it play automatically or do I have to click each time? Thanks.

    1. For me it plays another song selected at random after the last one finishes. Or that’s what it seems to be doing.

  10. I have a question about my cart here at the Mona Lisa Twins Club. As long as I am an active member does the membership item stay in the cart? I notice I have one in there now so should I just leave it in there and go about my life and not worry about it? It will continue being billed autopay monthly.

    1. I don’t have anything in my cart, and I get autobilled monthly, so I’m not sure it matters.
